Welcome to the newly redesigned HayWire Racing Sim Page.
After taking a long break from the simulated racing world, I'm back! My break was along side my break in the real racing world, and was in part due to my lack of enthusiasm for the whole mess. Please note, some links may not work yet as they are planned but not uploaded yet. Please be patient, I'll get to it as soon as I find some time between racing the real car, work and that pesky thing known as a family. =)
Now that my real car is completed, I have found a renewed intererst in this 4 year old game. Papyrus did a great job way back when, and no one has found a way to top this sim yet! I still remember playing the very first Nascar Racing game way back in like 1996! Wow, how far we have come!
I hope you enjoy the new site, and the new look. And I hope you find something you like. I have posted all my old cars that I painted back when I was into this game before. They are still cool in my book. I have also obtained a copy of 3Ds-Max 9 and will be rendering them in that program. Look for updated renders of my original cars soon.
I hope to begin painting cars again, so stay tuned for some new cars, of course rendered in 3Ds-Max 9.
NEW CAR - I have posted my "Hopefull" 2008 paint scheme that I want to run on my real car for the LLMRS season. You can find it in the downloads section. This file is for the LMP_V2 mod. I will attempt to begin painting the entire 2007 LLMRS cars. This will include all the regulars that held series memberships. Look for that in the near future.
