Haywire Racing Getting Set, Gearing Up - |
Graham, Wa. –1-15-08 – The HayWire Motorsports, Ringers Gloves / KMB Design Groups / Old West Graphics stock car is getting set for the next assault on the Limited Late Model Racing Series during the 2008 season. Having put the 2007 season in the rear view mirror, the HayWire Motorsports team has begun preparation for the coming 2008 season. While driver Tommy Rasmussen still plans to run the Whelen All-American series at Evergreen Speedway behind the wheel of the #92 RPM Sales & Service Pontiac Grand Prix, driver “Terrible” Tim McDougald will once again join the Limited Late Model Racing Series for the second year of this new series. “We’re looking for some good things to happen in the new season” Said Tim McDougald, “We had some great runs during the ’07 season. We want to build on that for sure. We know where the car was lacking and we’re working on that stuff. We know where the driver was lacking, and that’s a constant work in progress. I have a great bunch of guys. You couldn’t ask for a better crew, really. They give their heart and soul to this deal. With all the stuff we’ve worked on over the winter I feel like we should be stronger than we were there at the end of last season. We have some great new sponsors joining us this year with Ringers and Old West Graphics. I feel like this could be the best season yet for us. I can’t tell you how excited I am to get this season started.” Look for the #68 HayWire Motorsports, Ringers Gloves / KMB Design Groups / Old West Graphics Pontiac Grand Prix to contend for more than just a win during the 2008 LLMRS season. And be sure to catch the #92 RPM Sales & Service Pontiac Grand Prix on the Whelen All-American series schedule at Evergreen Speedway. |
